Benefit
The WBPCB issues this certificate to new or existing industrial and developmental projects in West Bengal.The certificate is valid for five years and needs to be renewed every five years.The validity of the certificate depends on the category of the business:
Green category:Valid for seven years
Orange category:Valid for five years
Red category: Valid for five years
Important information
- Obtain NOC/CTE
- Submit an application with site details, plans for pollution control, and industry registration certificates to the state pollution control board’s regional officer. NOC may be obtained from regional officers.
