- The Government of India’s Jeevan Pramaan scheme aims to make the process of obtaining a life certificate easier for pensioners. Jeevan Pramaan is a digital service that allows pensioners to generate a life certificate using a software application and Aadhaar-based biometric authentication. This eliminates the need for pensioners to physically appear in front of the disbursing agency or certification authority
